How do we remember greatness?

It isn’t by the technicalities.

We don’t remember Aldous Huxley by the amount of semicolons he used and how perfectly he used them.

We remember greatness by the messages, the warnings, the themes, the firmly held stances behind the statements that the artist is attempting to make.

The technicalities can be appreciated, but not everyone wants to appreciate the jargon.

The rest of us just want to be told what we need to know.
