What’s popular isn’t the template

Just because someone else is using jump-cuts doesn’t mean you have to.

Just because someone is doing short-form content doesn’t mean you have to (the algorithm rewards long-form content anyway.)

Just because someone films in sepia doesn’t mean you have to.

You get to choose your constraints. You get to decide how your work is going to stand out.

What’s popular doesn’t need to be your template.
