Pages (Are You Jogging, or Sprinting?)

Three pages in a day seems better (in the short-term) than one page in a day.

But one page per day for ten days in a row is much better than three pages in one day followed by zero pages for the next two days.

Long-term goals, short-term actions. It’s about doing one thing today to set in motion the law of compounding interest. One leads to two, two leads to three, and so on.

Motivation pushes us to sprint. Discipline pushes us to keep jogging.

Less sprinting, more jogging.

More fire, less burnout.
