The blog has an official domain name now. Hooray.

What a great business model – offer samples of digital real estate, then sell the right to call it official.

Like actual real estate, digital real estate can depreciate in value. If you don’t deliver on your promises, digital real estate depreciates quicker than actual real estate. (According to Investopedia, most residential rental property is depreciated at a rate of 3.636% each year for 27.5 years. Who knows how quickly information loses its value?)

Delivering on your promises keeps your digital real estate alive, even if nobody appreciates it.
