How will you celebrate your final day at work?

There will come a time when you will write your final blog post.

There will come a time when you will sell your final bag of coffee.

You will edit your final movie script.

You will teach your final yoga lesson.

You will create your final painting.

You will lead your final cohort.

Your final one is already here. It’s waiting on the other side of number three thousand and forty two
(I really hope I’m not predicting my own demise).

Will you celebrate because Thank God That’s Over Now I Can Go Home?

Or will you celebrate because you made something special?

Will people celebrate with you because Thank God That’s Over and We Don’t Have To Hear From Them Again?

Or will they celebrate with you because they were part of something special?

I hope it’s the latter.

P.S — I wrote this under the influence.
The influence of Flow State Coffee.

My buddy Greg Frontiero just launched the first iteration of his new coffee. It’s fucking delicious. It’s so delicious that I had two cups of it. I weigh somewhere around the 115 lb range, so it doesn’t take much coffee to make me feel like a chimpanzee on LSD. But I’m two cups in and I feel just fine.

Go check out what Greg’s brewing up over at Noo Wave. I highly recommend it.
