I know how many people follow me on Twitter. I know how many people download my podcast every week. And I know how many people read these posts.

I wish I couldn’t know these things because now I can’t help but check. And check. And check…

Who many matters more than how many. How many is the measurement we use to make ourselves feel bad. Measuring who many is how we know we’re creating something we care for, for people we care about.

Who many matters because there’s always one person who needs you.. There’s always someone out there who needs your contribution. Find them!
