Maybe you’re right. Maybe you really are inexperienced. But there’s a reason why they picked you. And if you picked yourself for the job, I’m sure that no matter how thick your forest of doubt is, there are roots of potential buried underneath your insecurity. Although that doesn’t matter if you don’t put in the work to improve your craft. Otherwise, yes, you’ll let yourself down and waste everybody’s time.
And besides, what’s the worst that could happen?
You try, realize you’re not fit for the job, stuff some lessons into your bag, and carry on?
