Regret is the Goliath of the heart. And like any Goliath, all it takes is a courageous David to knock it down.

To avoid your golden years turning bronze with regret, examine everything that you say, do, and think. Start by casting these stones:

“Is this thought or behavior serving me?”

“What might happen if I keep thinking and behaving this way for the next 30 years?”

“In what ways am I wasting my potential?”

An unexamined life, a stillborn spirit.
