Yes and no.
If you’re trying too hard to provide value, or Value with a capital V as Craig and I like to put it, you’ll become stale, boring, another copycat, another clone of the Big Valuable Content Creators.
I hate this analogy, but there’s more than 1 way to skin a cat. There’s more than 1 way to provide value, more than 1 way to be helpful.
Prime example: is this not the most Valuable Content you’ve ever watched?
